I think Bonnie for sure could rise significantly again. Never to the very top, but I wouldn't be surprised if it eventually crept up near the top 100. It's in the top 50 in the UK and North America usually catches on a bit late, but does eventually pick up the trends over there.
Clyde I think may always be a bit of an oddball. I am surprised, though, that Clyde seems more popular overall than Clive!
