[Facts] Re: No “English (Mormon)” usage category?
There are some names which are unique or nearly so to Mormon culture, primarily those like Alma (male), Ammon, Nephi, Teancum, Mosiah, etc. which are characters in "The Book of Mormon". Most of the other names which Mormons themselves think are "distinctive LDS" names are actually about as common among Baptists and Pentecostals in the South and Midwest as they are among Mormons. Mormons in Utah actually do tend to pick up on new name fashions quicker than other groups in the USA. The original heavy use of Brittany, Jayden, Kayden, and Oakley all started in Utah, for example.
