I like the name a lot, always have. I, obviously, think of the Teenage Witch. That show was popular when I was a kid and I loved the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina on Netflix a couple years ago.
I could never use it though, because my name is Tabitha. Both names have witchy connotations, which I don't hate at all, but Bewitched is passing from the public consciousness and I haven't gotten "twitch you nose!" requests in years. If I had a daughter named Sabrina though, it would be constant because that character is very much still in public consciousness. I just think it'd be really annoying.
I imagine a Sabrina being kind and bubbly, maybe a little silly.
