My paternal grandmother's name was Doris, and DH & I will use it as a middle name if we have a second daughter. (We won't be using it for a first daughter because one of her names will be my maternal grandmother's -- Agnes.) I really like Doris, and the fact that it's basically unheard of these days just makes it that much more appealing to me.
