Love it. Handsome, strong, ages well. Raph / Raf is a cool nickname. I love the spelling Rafael too (more? not sure). Raphael / Rafael sounds arty and slightly bohemian to me. Plus the ending is so handsome — I adore boys' names ending in IE-EHL.
