I'd pronounce it like
Rory.
It's fine but kind of unnecessary because it has a decent looking anglicization:
Rory. I like
Rory a lot.
I can understand people using
Aoibheann or
Aisling or
Saoirse because they anglicizations aren't nearly as nice and often look bad or trendy.
But
Rory looks fine and classic so I'd use that.
My favorites:
OisínCormac (I hope this is Irish)
Aidan (again, the anglicization works nicely here)
RoryRonan (not sure if this is Irish or Gaelic I am too lazy to look it up)
AoibheannAoifeAislingAoibhinn
and probably more that I am forgetting now. I love Irish names.
