I'm under the impression it's DAN-eye.
Maybe DAHN-eye.
Maybe DAHN-ay.
Danaë is basically the same - DAN-a-ee said quickly comes out DAN-eye.
I'd expect many people to pronounce it to rhyme Renee, though. Like Janae.
