I've met a Saffron in the US; I'd guess she's in her late twenties.
It comes across to me as similar in style to Marigold, Delilah, Lorelei, Sierra.

Of the ones you've posted, I like Saffron Delilah, Saffron Marcella, Saffron Isobel, and Saffron Elise the most.
I thought about Saffron Winifred before, but ultimately decided it was too F-heavy / repetitive.
