Camille when it's a name
I inherited from someone else, and like you said male names get passed through the generations all the time. My own dad has a variation of his dad's name, which is a language-parallel / translation of
his dad's name, which... And when I think of that, I do wonder why I feel silly about using
Camille. I've always liked it way more than my actual first name and wanted to use it for any future daughter, so I do need to get over that.
I've always sort of loved
Zipporah, I just find it pretty, interesting, lively, still with a strong identity, so I'm so glad you like
Zipporah Camille, if and when I have a daughter, it's well within the realms of possibility.
