Edwin is so friendly and adorable and tweedy, I really like it. Edward I associate with....royalty. Princes. It's a sort of purpley colour for me. That "dwa" part is where it comes from, I think. I do think Eddie is unavoidable, sorry! Ned is what I prefer too, but you'd for sure need to prepare yourself to deal with Eddie.
Teddy as a baby name words for me; I could easily see myself calling an Edward "Tedward".
Of your list there, the one I'd pick is Otto. I love Otto. It's regal/pompous/serious to the point of near silliness at the same time, and that's a quality I love.
Least favourite is Finn. Finnegan or Fintan nn Finn is a different story. But just Finn? Not enough happening to keep my attention.
