It feels educated-religious to me. I know some nice kids named Luke. It doesn't really feel 90s, but I'm in the bible belt. I think it's one of the "prettier" traditional male names, and I rather like it. If I were restricted to normie names, this would probably make my shortlists, along with, like, Isaac.
