The name Azur has two other meanings:The first is typically French, and means "blue". It would be the masculine form of Azure. The second is the Old Swedish and Old Danish form of the Old Norse name Andsvarr, meaning "to answer".
The version of Azur you saw is the Hebrew version, which can mean "help/helper" or "God helps." It's an alternate spelling of Ezra.
Hope this helps!
