Irene is 13 years younger then Elías, but they immediately had a connection and fell in love deeply almost immediately. Irene is strong willed, dedicated, intelligent, beautiful and strong woman who loves making art. She is also very tall, which makes her stand out. She has long curly black hair which is very shiny and lovely brown eyes. Elías is a successful business man who has never had children or married till he met Irene, and he is successful, daring, bold, and handsome. They got married after a short courtship in a beautiful Catholic ceremony and have recently welcomed a baby girl named Rosario who looks just like Irene. She was born at 8 pounds 2 ounces, but is the most baby they have seen. Irene deals with post partum depression after Rosario is born but gets over it eventually.
