Regina: it's the name of Isles toddler in the Rizzoli & Isles books. Each time I read it if bugs me, I really can't see a toddler with it. It's just not a pretty name to me, although I can see the appeal I love the name Maxine for example.
Marilyn is cute. It's not something I would use but I can see it.
Marilyn and Regina together seemed very, very hipster to me. They work but they're not my style at all. I honestly prefer Maxine and Regina together. Both names bring to mind badass women, whereas Marilyn is very run of the mill and demure to me.
