I'm in the UK too and have never met a Leona, I have met a couple of Leonie's though. I know several Philip's and no one mentions the Prince or Schofield.

I’m from Scotland so that might explain why I’ve heard it so much and where I’m from people aren’t the biggest fan of Prince Philip so that might be why it’s a bigger association.
