I would be surprised if they were under 15 years of age - those names both feel very 90s (I'm a 90s kid), but they do sound like sisters.
If they were the younger two kids, I'd imagine their older siblings being Brandon, Andrew, Allison "Ally", or Nicole. If they were the older two, I'd think their younger siblings would be Aidan (or Jayden), Ryan, Madison, or Hannah.
