I don't know what Cushla and Crummer mean at all!
Acushla in Ireland means 'darling' and apparently the A at the beginning is just an introduction or a way of getting someone's attention (like O God ...) and cushla is the part that actually means 'darling'. And Crummer is a surname which means something like 'Crooked', presumably physically handicapped rather than dishonest.
But as for what they meant to the people who named someone Cushla Crummer, I can't imagine.
