This one I had actually worked ahead of each round and made notes with birth years and ages at each family member by each round, just so I could keep track of everything. Doing that was a lot of fun.
Also: All ages were based on what age they'd be, at the and of this year (midnight on the 31st of December 2016).

Killian was raised by his single mother, no contact with his biological father who skipped out right after his birth, so after his mother married Leon when he was 14 and after much consideration, Killian asked to be adopted by Leon which Leon accepted, taking his adoptive father's last name. Isadora, whose biological mother passed away when she was 4, saw this happening when she was 10, then asked for Melanie to adopt her, which Melanie accepted. Both Killian and Isadora's adoption papers were signed on the same day.
