I like Antonia, but only because I admire a certain bearer of it. (Her name was Maria Antonia, actually, and she was a total badass. She left her native country, had three children with a man she wasn't legally married to, and held a public job while he stayed home with the kids. And this was in the 1940s, mind you.)

Obviously, if I were to ever use Antonia,it'd be as a middle name for Maria.
