It's okay, but I like Isabel better.
I know Brits and Australians pronounce Isobel properly, but a lot of Americans would probably pronounce it the same as Isabel (since Isobel is much more common in the UK than the USA). I'm not a native English-speaker, though, and I keep mispronouncing it too.
