Zardon could be a surname of italian origin or spanish origin. If it is italian it could come from an old given name like Zardi or Rizzardi. Now surname Zardon exist in Venice area, in northeern Italy. The spanish variant of Zardon spellt also Sardon or Jardon exist now In Cantabria, northern Spain or central Spain in Castilla. the origin of the spanish is not clear to me.
