I don't think it sounds dated at all! It's wonderful, go for it!
My Gran's name is Ena, and I first worried about it, but now I'm absolutly fine with it (even if I am going to use it as a mn).
Mildred as a fn wouldn't be bad, it would be great. Especially with Millie as a nn.
