Liesl Charlotte is my hands down favorite.
Next I like Matilda Alice Niamh.
Liesl Annabel is lovely, lovely, too.
I think Liesl is less common. I think the Liesel spelling might help make it more accessible, too. At least, I think it would in America; I believe you are in the UK, so I don't know.
