Oh gosh, I love both names so much and would love to use eith of them. If I had to pick, I'd probably for with Theodore. I love Frederick and Freddie, but oddly, don't like Fred at all. And I'd be worried it would eventually be shortened to that.
So if I had a to use one of the names today it would be Theodore Warren Charles or Theodore William Charles.

I was never a big Fred fan, but it's somehow managed to grow on me over time.
