Martha is OK, just, with the European pronunciation of Marta. I still wouldn't use it, but nor would I run from the room with my hand over my mouth. With the -th- sound as well as spelling, it really is quite dreadful and not something I'd even think of using.

Martha Lily? Meh. I'm not fond of droopy Lily, and it's getting a lot of use at the moment. But in the mn slot, why not?
