My suggestions.
1. There might be a typo error.
The name might be Tsitsikas which means "cricket" (the insect).
2. If the name is really Tritsikas, perhaps it could mean "singed" but I am not sure about that.
3. In Bulgarian, "tritsi" means bran. Tritsikas might be related.
