Two years after adopting the twins and they have settled perfectly into life with the Bowens. Holly likes to stick closely to her big brother Xander - who immediately took her under his wing - the pair can amuse themselves for hours with a colouring book each and a set of paints. Claire on the other hand is much more confident to wander off from her parents and brother, she loves the summer months where she can play all day out in the garden with Bart - whom she has a very close understanding with - and Sam and Oliver have bought new garden equipment just for her. Sam is getting Holly into piano lessons after the girl expressed her interest and they seem to be bringing her out of her shell more, while Oliver spends time with Zander and Claire playing football or any other highly energetic activity.
Currently the family are saving up money for flights over to Australia to visit Claire and Holly's biological grandparents whom they have remained in regular contact with via phone and video-chat.
