I know it's not authentic, but I'm used to hearing Soren Kirkegaard's name in English as "SOR-en." If you live outside of Scandinavia / Germany you might have a hard time with another pronunciation. Ah, heck. What I really mean is if you live here in the U.S. that's how it will most likely be pronounced.
