I really like it. It's one of my favourites, actually. I prefer it spelled
Juliet, too.
Juliette is just a bit too frilly and unnecessary since they're pronounced the same. I think
Juliet looks more modern and neater. I have met a few Juliets but they were older; I don't think it too popular.
It's hard to find good middle names for
Juliet (I don't have any which sound quite right!) so using it as a middle name is a good idea! Actually,
Juliet Meadow flows quite well!
I think
Meadow Juliet sounds fine, but not perfect.
Emily sounds OK in there, but doens't really add anything.
