I tend not to like names that are TOO Italian, with -chios and -zios. I get squeamish about people thinking I'm Italian when I'm not.

But... it's a neat and clean name. Better than the longer Italian male names, Fabrizio etc. If you're not Italian, I think you could away with Lucio better than Fabrizio.
