How about Lemon Piper? Or Sand Piper? Or even Peter Piper?
Seriously, I never got the appeal of Piper. It sounds like a name for a hyperactive puppy. A little black dog with a tail that goes faster than a speeding bullet.
Also, I'm reading a book now called "Death and Oil" about a famous North Sea oil rig disaster in 1988, and the rig was the Piper Alpha.
