I had a friend at primary school called Meadow, so I have a soft spot for that name now. Willow is nice too, but I prefer Meadow.
I do think they are a bit alike for sisters, just in that they are quite theme-y. I don't think they're horrible, I just wouldn't use them together personally. I would probably go more for something like Meadow and Willa.
