I know a couple Chiaras (spelled that way) so the name isn't new to me. I guess it's sturdier sounding than Keira, I think Keira will be more strongly connected to the actress.
I don't know if I like Haley on a boy, and I'm not against unisex names, I think Avery, Sydney, Riley, etc. work wonderfully on both. I just don't like Haley on boy, I feel like everyone would mistake him for a girl just written on paper while the other names have more of a history of being male names so it wouldn't be so much of an "oh!" moment.
