I don't know about everyone, but I like the name Lucinda. Not such a fan of Ivy though and it doesn't really flow well w/ Lucinda.
As for avoiding Lucy, you may have to be insistent, but it will all depend on what the little Lucinda wants whether you wind up w/ a firmly insistent Lucinda or someone who wants to be called Lucy or Lu or Lulu or Cinda or something.
