Delaney - it's so uncommon and Del would be a fun nickname too
Alaina - kind of a spunky version of Alana
Worsts:
Lana - at least with the nickname Lainie, because I pronounce Lana LAH-nah, not LAY-nah.
Melaina - because it looks like a type-o of Melania
Yes, I'd spell Lane Laine
And I'd spell Laina that way if I wanted that pronunciation.
