Uhm this is my opinion!? Spanish names can be trashy too and what is lovely to you doesn't have to be lovely to others. I just think it is, there is something so insubstantial about it. Maybe it's because it is Lily+Ana (even though it's actually elaborated from Lillian). Maybe it's because I know one who is a golddigger. I'm not sure it just seems like a recent trendy invention (putting popular sounds together) even though it's not. I think it will be very dated and there will be lots of girls with similar names around.
