I think it looks super pretty in theory, but I have issues with the pronunciation. I would say "THAYL-ee-uh," but I have seen so many variations and I believe the original Greek pronunciation is quite different. So ultimately, I wouldn't use it because of those issues.
I think Thalia Blythe is a nice combo.
