I like Camilla a lot. I'm not usually wild about Blythe or Winifred, but I think all of your combos sound really lovely when spoken. Maybe one of these:
Camilla Rose - a little more youthful than Camilla Rosamund, imo
Camilla Violet - I just love Violet as a mn
Camilla Selene - Sort of like Camilla Celeste, but with a different feel, and no visual alliteration.
I kind of like Cami as a nickname, but they're all a little cutesy for me. Maybe Milla?
