its my bff's name so i love it. she goes by catherine most of the time but he family and close friends call her Cas or Cassie (her initials are C.A.S.)
i also have an aunt named Mary Catherine (not a nun, lol) who goes by catherine only.
so basically, i love the name and just by itself. the nn Katie annoys me and i dislike Kathy
