A year has passed & all of the boys have settled nicely into their new home.

Max joined the school basketball team & made lots of new friends. He loves riding the horses (especially Austen) & he’s helping out with Teddy’s soccer team. Max & a few of his friends started a band and are excited for a local “Battle of the Bands” concert that's happening on the Fourth of July.

Aspen just started fencing classes a month ago & is already showing some talent. He was skittish around the horses at first but he’s gotten really good at riding. He joined the schools Glee club & is active in the Drama department. He was recently cast for the roll of Puck in the schools production of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”. He is in the schools chess club & is the current champion for his age bracket.

Gordy took a little longer to open up but he & Teddy have become the best of friends. He loves taking care of the horses. He started an ant farm (lovingly refered to as 'The Borg' & recently got a pet rat named Templeton. He is the top of his class at school & is getting ready for a big Spelling Bee. Teddy’s trying to talk him into joining his soccer team but hasn’t had much luck yet.
