Jorja does crop up a lot here in Aus. I don't understand it... if you're gonna say Georgia why not spell your child's name Georgia?? It's just not flattering. Gillard, as pointed out below, is the Australian PM. Chartier for a girl? At a squeeze I could see it on a boy but not liking it either way. Can't say a lot about the origins of the last two; they seem like family names to me.
