It's an arabic name and as CSwe said it's true it means beauty and grace , and also you're right Zeina also it means decoration but not in arabic , in some arabic dialects,like egyptien dialect....and also means Good and evey country in the arabic world use it always in the conversation but it's Zein or Zin, Even in france.
