Robin's actually the best of your names and while Michael on its own doesn't seem too exciting, the fact that it has significance gives it charm 'cause it's not ugly... just widely used.

Arlo and Holden don't do it for me though... esp. Holden. Too surnamey Arlo's tolerable, though it's nmsaa. William and Lewis are fairly neutral names to me.
