On it's own, it's a great name. However, I dislike the nickname Andie.
EDIT: Sorry, misread the original post! I think Andromeda would be a very strong girl--tempestuous?--with blazing red hair and really piercing eyes. I'm thinking hazel. Oh, and despite her inner strength, she would be quite small physically.
