Thanks to everyone for the congrats, by the way!
I asked my sister-in-law if she had been planning to use Olivia Grace the whole time but was just putting us off with Delilah Lou, but she says Olivia Grace is something they had just thought of in the last several weeks, and it was supposed to be a "back up" name. Then she said when the baby was born it didn't look like a Delilah, and was "too stubborn" to be one.
Everyone seems pretty pleased with the new name. Even though I know Olivia is very common for babies, I don't think the average person who is not around many babies realizes that at this point. Plus, their last name is a very difficult Slavic name, so something a tad straightforward is probably just as well.
