My little sister is Marguerite Siena Catherine "Daisy"
I think it works best as a nickname though- it is a really sweet name and it has some spunk but I think it could be too sweet for an adult. Like I find it hard to imagine a career minded woman going by Daisy professionally. I think my sister will be glad to have Marguerite to fall back on one day even though I'm pretty sure she will always be Daisy to her family.
