I met an girl in Eastern Ireland (Dublin) once named Nollaig, pronounced, "NULL-ig."
My mother is from Southern (Co. Cork) Ireland and that's how she says it too.
Sometimes the same word in Irish can be spoken differently, depending on where you're from. This seems to be one that doesn't change much.
