If you are looking at Gaeilge Ársa or Archaic/Primitive Irish to Gaëlic or Old Irish, that name is bastardized, and should be spelled Fionnan, pronounced Finn-in in Northern Ireland (Ulster Dialect), and the further South you go Fi-een-en (Cannacht Dialect), and Fee-UN-an or Fyun-an (Munster Dialect). If you put and accent on the back half, you have to have an accent on the front half as well, with Irish Names. Scottish (Gàidhlig) it would be Finnén, pronounced Fin-aun. And in Manx (Galick) Fen-an.

So of you put the Irish spelling (Fionn or Finn) an add án at the end, you would need a Fíonnán, or Fiönnán to either make a Fee-in-aun sound or Fi-oon-aun sound. Unless you are going for an English sound to the name, then the accent rule doesn't apply, and you would pronounce it how it looks, Fy-UN-aun.
