It's also a family name for me, so I've always liked it. I would use it but shorten it to Tom.

I think you could get away with Thomas and Theodore: only the spelling is the same, not the pronunciation. Thomas William is good; also Thomas George and Thomas Edwin. Thomas Charles yes; Thomas Charlie no. Thomas Julian could work.
I cannot warm to Louie! Your other boy combos are good, but Nicholas has that -as at the end that eliminates it. Thomas Geoffrey Laurence is amazing.
