I'd never use it - where I live it's a really well-known make of car (on a par with
Ford), frequently souped up and driven by street racers. If I met a kid called
Holden I would assume his parents were extreme bogans.
That said, it's probably not an issue outside of NZ and Australia (I'm guessing? Before just now I thought that
Holden cars were everywhere).
